Beautiful private apartment in traditional Sevillian style, inside a Palatial House of the famous architect AnĂ­bal GonzĂĄlez.
The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and full kitchen, heating, air conditioning and wifi.
It also has a large living room with sofa bed and two balconies overlooking the street.
The house is located in the center of Seville in the Arenal neighborhood, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the center of Seville. Its excellent location allows you to walk in 5 minutes to the Triana bridge or the bullring and in a couple of minutes you will reach the monumental area (Cathedral, Alcazar, Giralda, City Hall). One step away from Reyes Catolicos Avenue with a wide range of leisure and restaurants.

Emplacement idéal,sauf quel est situé entre deux bar alors tres bruyant si vous n'avez pas besoin de dormir.accessoire pour la cuisine inadéquate pour un logement pour 6 personnes seulement 3 coupe a vin différentes,3 couteau et pas de lave vaisselle,pour la propreté j'ai vu beaucoup mieux.... moisissures dans le haut de la douche et pour de douche défectueuse

The apartment is charming and well-located. The hosts were friendly and maintained excellent communication, were easy to contact and responded quickly to our messages. Nearby were are a supermarket and a very nice restaurant, Carolina, which was perfect for a quick snack or meal. Sevilla is wonderful and staying here made our stay even better.

The host was nice. Apartment was in a good location. Lacked kitchen towels or paper towels to do the dishes. Would be very tight for 6 people. Recommend a better couch and proper seating with smaller table in living room.

Perfect place in the heart of Sevilla!

Puri's apartment was beautiful and what you would anticipate while visiting old Spain. It has the hints of it's age which makes it unique and beautiful among rental apartments; however, it has what you need for a comfortable stay: air condition in every room, washer, comfortable beds and pillows, etc. Puri was very responsive with my texts as was her business partner, Antonio. Antonio was incredibly attentive and polite. He even dropped us off at the train station for a small fee which was very convenient for us. Because of their outstanding courtesy, and wonderful apartment, we will always come back to Pura Sevilla whenever we return!We definitely recommend!!

Lovely place

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is attractive, spacious (for a European city, especially) with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a nice living room, and the location is just a 5 minute walk to the bridge to Triana, 5 - 7 minute walk to the bull ring, and a 15 - 25 minute walk to the bulk of Sevilla's normal tourist attractions. The only nit I have is that there is a bar downstairs that generates some noise, as people hang out on the sidewalk. The heavy shutters for the windows helped in that regard. And if it's too much for you, I doubt you would hear anything in the back bedroom. The communications with the owner and property manager were excellent. There's a good, secure, self-serve bag storage facility almost literally across the street.

Wonderful location with joyful and creative interiors!

Puri was always available with recommendations and information about the apartment. The location was close to historic interests, tours, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our experience and wish that we had booked more time in Seville!

Beautiful apt within walking distance to everything

Spent 3 nights. Beautifully appointed apt located near all the old town attractions and Plaza de Aram’s bus station. We took the local bus out to Italia to explore for 1/2 day. There are a couple neighborhood bars that are open until midnight. Sevilla is a lively place.

Excellent Location

A lovely space with two beds and two bathrooms in the centre of everything. Very helpful hosts who even helped us with our travel plans. We could walk to Triana for a food tour, catch the Hop On Hop Off Bus easily. There’s a Supermercado close by. All good!

Disappointing

We were initially excited to come to this property, however I had to reach out to my contact to get information and my communication with them was very limited. It is dated, very dark and dingy, and the cleanliness was lacking. The utensils and plates were dirty and the kitchen very weathered. The washing machine looked like it was about to break down, and the bathrooms very small. They had an uncomfortable coach with a large glass dining table right in front of the television. The layout was awful for a family of 4 ppl. In the evening, we woke to the sounds of people yelling on the street. We disliked our stay that we decided to leave the next day and go somewhere else even though we lost money! I’m glad we did. If you like clean, uncluttered sanctuary, this place is not for you!

Great location , authentic Spanish decor

The apartment has a great location , close to the river and shopping and restaurants. We were very happy to wash our clothes ! The grocery store “Mas” is very close and has alcohol. It was a cute place in a historic building .

Traditional Spanish decor

My sister and I loved the ambiance of the apartment as well as the fantastic location. Beds were very comfortable. The sights in Seville that we were interested in seeing were within a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed our visit very much!
