The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the hotel was clean, has everything you need and more and the complimentary baked goods and coffee was a nice touch aswell as the toiletries and nuts provided in your room. The rooftop bar was lovely and peaceful and check in was super easy. Would visit again.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout the whole hotel. My room was modern and stylish, but small and awful window view. Bathroom was nice with excellent shower. Breakfast was good, however I thought it was included but I had to pay 19 euros for it so I ate elsewhere the second morning. Good location for walking around and the roof terrace was perfect in the heat; lovely bar staff and plenty of sunbeds.

Nice hotel the staff were great Saville was far too hot at this time of year for a city break! Thankfully the hotel had a rooftop poor which was a blessing to say the least. Highly recommended the hotel

Excellent hotel in a great location.Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety.Staff were really friendly and professional.Had desert in the restaurant at the side of the hotel.Not great service unfortunately. I would highly recommend a stay here.We will definitely be back.

We would definitely stay at this hotel in Seville again. We parked just around the corner for €20 per day. It was walking distance to everything we needed. Hotel facilities were fantastic - a rooftop plunge pool with bar and terrace and views over the city, a lovely breakfast with lots of choice. There was also free coffee and snacks during the day in a relaxing lounge area. There was a bar with access to the street where you could get food as well as drinks. The bedroom was small but modern and had all the amenities we needed. There was also an interior courtyard where you could have a drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We wnjoyed the location with the added benefit of the pool and terrace. The bar on the terrace was great with lovely staff. Overall experience was let down by staff attitute and willingness to help. We had two of our 3 days without water in our room and when we requestes it, we were instructes to go buy it from the bar.

A really beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to most attractions. Fresh and modern with lovely facilities and extra touches. The staff were also warm and friendly. The hotel was a short ride from the airport, staff were welcoming and we were able to check in early which was perfect after having an early flight. The room was clean, good size and had handy amendments. We had breakfast included which I’d highly recommend. Great variety, staff are very welcoming and helpful. There is coffee/water available for free all day which was a really nice touch. The hotel was in perfect location for walking to the main attractions with plenty of shops on the way. The roof top pool was great, with plenty of seats and a great view. Very happy with our visit and will be coming back again in the near future.

The moment we walked into the hotel, we knew we had made the right choice. Despite being early, the lovely lady behind the desk said we could check in early as a room was available. The hotel was within walking to distance to most attractions. The pick up for Cordoba trip was right outside the door. The roof terrace and pool were incredible, the cocktails were great and we were able to have a 5 pm late checkout which allowed us to take our time for a late flight plus have a gorgeous 3 course meal in the restaurant next door to the hotel. Amazing stay, gorgeous hotel, kind and considerate staff and spotlessly clean… one of the best hotels we have stayed in… thank you x
