The property is in a quiet part of town and feels very secure. The terrace was a great to use as Seville is very busy. The city is walkable but make sure you book for the Alcazar and Cathedral in advance as we left it to the last minute and no tickets were available. Great to be able to cook but plenty of vegetarian options in the city. Helpful staff as well. Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay in Sevilla !

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla at casa palacio! The location as amazing. The room was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a hot pot, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, and snacks left for us. The check in was easy and access was simple. The area is safe and full of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was a less than 10 min walk to the cathedral

Great location, lacks sufficient soundproofing

Excellent location, within walking distance to several sights, restaurants, and shops in Sevilla. However, soundproofing could use improvement. You can easily hear noise from the lobby and hallways. The streets are particularly noisy at night and can be heard from the apartments (i.e. from bars, motorcycles, delivery trucks in the early hours of the morning, and garbage collection). Additionally, the property is directly across from a church, which sounds their bell every hour from about 7h to 21h. Throughout our stay, we noticed cracks on the walls, with ants crawling through them.

Good location for tourists. It's just you need to aware that the road is very narrow if you are visiting with car. Parking spot is extremely tight. We managed to park Citroen C5 at the end but nothing bigger than mid siZe SUV will fit the space. Hotel itself was great and satisfied. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. She could speak English and some Japanese!

The apartment is first class. It is very large and modern. There is a full kitchen and separate bedroom with king size bed. The bathroom is also large and modern. Anna met us at check in. She is delightful and speaks English very well. Overall our ecpectations were exceeded.

Very cool place in the heart of Seville, very accommodating for our family and 24 hour parking near by. Driving there is a bit stressful with the tight roads but if you drive to the 24 hour parking lot first then walk over to the hotel it’s not that bad depending on how much luggage you have.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. When checking in, they noticed my birthday was the next day and sent up a lovely bottle of wine and snacks for us. The room was set up well and we had everything we needed. The only thing we can note, which is out of the control of the property (or most hotels, for that matter), is that you will not get a good night’s sleep during periods of business if you are a light sleeper. The windows are great for keeping out most of the street sounds, but not the sounds of loud, drunk, inconsiderate, American tourists who shout their conversations in the wee morning hours. You will also hear the bells of the many churches in the surrounding area, including the one across the street. We were unbothered by the church bells and preferred them to the US spring breakers. If you want a clean, reasonably quiet (under normal conditions), well-appointed place to stay that is conveniently close to the sights and many activities Sevilla has to offer, including nuns selling lively baked goods, we highly recommend Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. If you like friendly, professional, informative, and thoughtful hotel staff, stay here. Should we have the good fortune to come back to Sevilla, we will be checking availability at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca first.

Wonderful staff, location and amenities. Might suggest additional upholstered arm chair to sit in to not have to open and close sofa bed to sit comfortably. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, unique property. The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped with modern appliances. We enjoyed the comfort of having our own kitchen and a lovely private balcony. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The concierges were superb and helped us arrange excursions to Cordoba and the must-see Italica Roman ruins! Would return in a heartbeat!
