Modern one-bedroom duplex penthouse with a large 52m² private chill-out terrace. Enjoy a magnificent location, next to the Alfalfa square in the heart of Seville, less than 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

On the lower floor is the living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, television, extendable dining table and chairs.

For those who like music, they can enjoy Hi-Fi equipment.

Next to the living room, and with an independent entrance, is the well-equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances. With dishwasher and washing machine.

A hallway leads to the bedroom decorated with a unique reproduction VERDURE DES FLANDRES (G. B.) Edition d'Art de Rambouillet company. With two single beds pushed together, large fitted wardrobe and window.

Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, covered in marble and with a shower tray.

From the living room, the stairs go up to the upper floor with a sunny terrace.

Miguel has a lovely apartment in a great location for exploring Sevilla. He was gracious and helpful as we arrived in the middle of the Three Kings parade. He helped us drag our luggage half a mile through the festival!The apartment has everything you might need and the terrace is a plus in good weather. Our weather was cool and a bit wet so we were not able to enjoy it as much as we had planned.

Beautiful stay at this apartment in Seville - the view from the upstairs terrace was amazing! Owner was super helpful- after a terrible rain storm most of the roads into the city were closed. He came to the airport and picked us up - he was so nice not sure how we would’ve arrived that day without his help! Thank you Miguel!

This place was fantastic! Such a beautiful place with comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and stunning rooftop terrace. Also, having a washing machine was helpful halfway through our vacation. And the location was perfect. Close to fun bars and excellent restaurants and a short walk to major sites like the cathedral. Miguel was an excellent host and made it very easy to check in and out. Would stay here again, highly recommended.

Miguel met us at the apartment and showed us around. It is his apartment and it shows in the attention to detail. Everything was so clean. It’s a big apartment for a one bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked which was important to us as we stayed a week. The terrace was wonderful. We used it at all different times of the day and really enjoyed having some outside space. The neighborhood is very quiet but a quick walk to all the highlights. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great host and beautiful accommodations!

Miguel was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us with our check in on Monday during the power outage. He drove with us to the train station to help with our rental car drop off and went grocery shopping with us, made sure we had candles and checked in with us the next day to be sure the power was restored. We loved the apartment, clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see!

Special apartment in a fantastic location

We spent five days in Sevilla in this lovely apartment in the rain! It was perfect! Everything we needed was there including a couple of umbrellas! Absolutely perfect location to stay in the old historic neighborhood, Santa Cruz. Apartment was very new and very clean with modern amenities. Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Coming from Britain, where it had been cold, rainy and windy for weeks, we were delighted with the glorious sunshine in Seville, and we made the most of the stunning roof terrace. It really is as big as it looks in the photos! The views are amazing, the seats are comfortable and we loved spending time reading during the day and enjoying a glass of wine at night. The apartment is very centrally located, less than 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Las Setas. We found that everything, including the train station, was within walking distance. The check-in process was very straightforward - Rosario met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Seville, but it won't be our last, and we will definitely stay in this apartment next time we visit this beautiful city. Gracias!

Apartment was very beautiful , chic with lots of personality. Loved our stay here. Small suggestions would be to provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap or gel, wash cloths (towels were provided), and at least one throw blanket for cuddling up on sofa. Miguel was extremely attentive to our needs when asked questions…he responded promptly.

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla

We had a great stay in Sevilla at this apartment. Upstairs terrace is just as the pictures show along with a functional apartment big enough for the three of us during our stay. Very safe and secure building off one of the narrow streets in town. Very responsive and helpful hosts Luis and Rosario made our stay a breeze and we'd stay here again next time to Sevilla. Location is close to the main parts of town to explore along with nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect Honeymoon spot

My wife of 30 years and I were overcome with youthful romance at this idyllic apartment. The private rooftop is the best place in Sevilla to go at night with a bottle of vermouth and a bowl of olives. We’d stay there well past midnight, pinching ourselves over the beautiful views of Sevilla. The air is perfect, the lit domes and spires of the town are magical, and Venus shown bright every night. It was April so the temps were perfect. The kitchen is more than adequate, the bedroom is nice, and the living space is very comfortable. We wish we’d known about places like this when we were 30 years younger. If you’re thinking about honeymooning in Sevilla, you can’t do better. It’s very close to centro and nightlife, and a very good Flamenco bar is a few doors down. Yet, in the narrow streets and the apartment it’s surprisingly quiet even though lots of action is just a few hundred feet away.
