Home at Homes invites you to experience an absolutely unique moment: inhabiting a 17th-century palatial house, masterfully restored by Rafael Manzano, one of the great classical architects of our time and responsible for icons such as the Royal AlcĂĄzares complex or the Alfonso XIII Hotel.
A grand porticoed courtyard with Roman marble columns, fountains, porticoed rooms, galleries and lush terraces configure a unique environment. Inside, an authentic exhibition of craftsmanship: coffered ceilings, noble woodwork, classic tilework, baroque mouldings and an exceptional collection of furniture and antiques selected by the owners.
Access to the apartment is made from an elegant vestibule that leads to the main courtyard and the imposing flight of stairs (or lift) that ascends to the principal floor.
First lounge with game table, piano, reading area and TV
Spectacular dining room with Bohemian crystal lamp and table for 12â22 diners
Large living room-library, the jewel of the apartment, with three balconies overlooking the street and natural light throughout the day: the best imaginable box seat to watch Holy Week
Kitchen and private area
In the left wing, you will find the spacious fully equipped kitchen and the rest area:
Bedroom 1: two 90Ă200 cm beds, en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 150Ă200 cm bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: access from the dining room or from bedroom 2; two 90Ă200 cm beds, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Ideal for families with children
The bathrooms preserve traditional pieces, classic tiling and artisanal details.
The terraces of the Palace
On the third floor, the common terraces await: an elevated garden in the heart of the centre, perfect for breakfast outdoors, resting at sunset or sunbathing in the solarium with a rain shower. From here, spectacular views of the Santa Cruz Neighbourhood and its bell towers can be enjoyed.
In this building, there is also a communal laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, and individual drying lines for each apartment.
Fabulous stay, it is a beautiful apartment, huge and just as lovely as the pictures. We didnât use the shared roof because it wasnât warm out but it is really nice outdoor area. Karina met us and showed us around. She had asked me to Whatâs App her when we got to the train station. She met us at the door and explained the set up etc. I wouldnât say it would be good for little kids because there is nice, old furniture, vases, decorative pieces& beautiful drapes. Perfect area for getting to all the main sites.
This place has to be stayed in to be believed. Beautiful property with really unique vibe. We felt like we were kings living there. Staff and management of the property were communicative and kind, and took care of us well when there was an unexpected issue with a water heater. Would stay there again.
Truly the pictures don't do this palacio justice. Beautiful, roomy, elegant. You know when you're walking around, and you glimpse a gorgeous courtyard through an open door? This is one of those places.Great location, well-equipped kitchen, easy walk to the cafes/restaurants, great air conditioning.
This is a gorgeous historical house, beautifully restored and furnished, in the heart of old town Sevilla. It is a short walk to the Catedral and Alcazar, and lots of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!
Exactly as pictured - like living in a 17th century palace!
The residence was jaw-dropping from the entrance to the living quarters. Furnished with period pieces, we felt like we were staying in a fabulous museum. Thereâs so much room to move around â I got lost several times trying to find my way back to my room. The only downside is that you have to go to the top floor to do your laundry and there is only one machine so you have to wait until the other tenants are finished.
Our visit to this gorgeous property was seamless from the first day to the last. The photos and description were very accurate. This amazing apartment is in the perfect location. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour. If I ever get to return to Seville, I would definitely stay here again.
Stay was wonderful loved the apartment and was well accommodated. Plenty of room for 6 people.mattress is master bedroom should be replaced as very spongy and out of shape.
This magnificent home is over the top! Sooo comfortable and grand . We felt so special staying here. Everything advertised and more! We hated to leave and we'll be back with more family and friends. Don't miss a chance to stay here. Cheers from the USA!
A fabulous apartment and ideally located for all the best parts of Sevilleâs old town. Despite being so central, the apartment is super quiet, arranged around two internal courtyards. The rooftop terraces are lovely and give a wonderful view across the rooftops of Santa Cruz.
This looks like something out of a movie. But this place really looks just like the pictures. Its stunning really. Every detail is so thought out. 2 teens and 2 parents. Each kid had their own room and bathroom. The place was super clean. Location is amazing too, right in the heart of the santa cruz district with the narrow streets. Maybe a 10 minute walk to most things. We were met by the rental company upon arrival showing us everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again in Seville. Seville was also the highlight of our trip after staying in Barcelona for 3 nights. That was amazing too but Seville is something special for sure.
