The fabulous attic in the center of Seville is everything its name implies! It’s fabulous, truly. Very comfortable, nice linens, spotlessly clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice shower, comfortable beds, amazing views from the terrace! We are four adults traveling together, and we appreciate the privacy of two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Overall excellent, safe location and amazing views. Excellent host, met us when we arrived and showed us around and answered our questions about Seville.

We loved our stay in this fabulous apartment. The rooftop terrace is amazing. We couldn't get enough of the wonderful views. The apartments is so well located; we walked everywhere. There is a Carrefour Express grocery store right around the corner where we bought essentials for breakfast, picnic lunches on the terrace. The management company was wonderful and easy to communicate with and provided a lot of resources. We used the washer, which was very handy to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was ideally located, very clean, well stocked and the check in process smooth and professional. The roof patio was spectacular and got a lot of use. If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be the access stairs to the roof patio. Addition of a banister (railing) along the wall would be a tremendous help for those who are nervous about long flights of stairs plus an excellent safety addition.

Central Seville Penthouse

My husband and I stayed in the property over the New Year with our adult son.The property was very comfortable and we particularly appreciated the efficient heating system on the chilly January evenings.The terrace was amazing and even in January it was warm enough to spend the afternoon there.We can confirm that despite been on a busy street it was very quiet.The only downside was the tiny tv screen, which the owners could so easily remedy.We would definitely recommend this flat.

Perfect Location

Our family of four had a lovely stay at this aparment and appreciated the central location - everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Although it rained while we were there, the rooftop view was still beautiful. Our communication with the property owner was top notch. We had a few small issues which were resolved quickly and without any stress. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous apartment in the best location

We only booked 48 hours before arrival and the communication from the property managers was perfect. Check in was quick and easy and very friendly. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious with that fantastic roof terrace with views right across the city. The location was right in the heart of everything but still so quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything you could need as well as a lift. We would definitely recommend and would love to return to Seville and this apartment,

Great place!

We stayed a week here while we were attending a Spanish language school in Seville. It worked out better than we hoped! The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet. The host was very responsive when we could not get the coffee maker to work and he brought us a new one. The neighborhood has many bars and restaurants and there is a grocery store five minutes away. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seville.

This apartment was wonderful! Great location-we walked to everything. The space was great for us and would also work for 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen was equipped adequately for preparing your own meals if you chose to. Bathrooms excellent. The terrace is the ultimate - very special. We had a small issue which was dealt with immediately. The only downside was the tv - small and offered no streaming services but that is the only negative. I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment!

Perfect terrace in the best location

The check in process was very easy. The apartment was very clean and stocked with what we needed for a few days in Seville! The views from the terrace are what sold me on the apartment and did not disappoint. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious and the furniture comfortable. Even though our little street could be busy, it was incredibly quiet. Fantastic location...you can walk everywhere! We loved Sevilla and our stay here.

It’s All about the Rooftop Patio

The apartment could not have been in a nicer neighborhood or more conveniently located to the cathedral and other attractions. The kitchen was sparsely equipped—no napkins, paper towels, sharp knives, etc.— and some of the furniture needed repair or replacing, especially on the rooftop patio. But having that huge outdoor space—where it was always cooler and completely quiet— made up for a lot. We ate most of our meals up there and loved listening to the cathedral bells.

Wonderful Stay in Seville

This top floor apartment is a perfect place to stay in Seville! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is perfect for friends/couples traveling together. Very convenient, walkable location, with many restaurants, sights, shopping choices nearby. Very quiet at night. From the private rooftop patio, there is a 360‱ view of Seville. At night, the cathedral is beautifully lit - gorgeous! The hosts are easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific apt with unbeatable location and view

We loved our stay at this property in Seville. It has the best location: right in the center of the historic part of the city, a few steps to the Cathedral. There are many restaurants nearby but it is super quiet at night. The view on the patio is unbeatable with an overlook of the Cathedral. We were stunned at the night scene. The condition of the apartment is impeccable: well maintained, interior up to date, super clean, with all the amenities we need. The host is friendly, accessible, and responsive. He contacted me via whatsapp in advance and the checkin was as smooth as it could be. We would love to to back!
