Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Good service from Genteel apartments - apartment smaller than it appears in photos but we weren’t in that much. Only downside is terrace off upstairs bedroom which is accessed via steep stairs which weren’t ideal for my mum. Also advised genteel the apartment flooring was not clean at all. Beds and linen and bathrooms were.
