Half way between the train station and the cathedral. Clean and spacious apartment. Bonus points because we were allowed to check in early and checkout late.
I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay at your establishment. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience during my visit. The accommodation was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.
However, I would like to offer one suggestion for improvement. I noticed that the pillows provided were made of polyester material, and I believe upgrading to higher-quality pillows would significantly enhance the guest experience. Better quality pillows with more supportive and breathable materials would contribute to improved sleep quality and overall comfort.
Despite this minor point, I appreciated the comfortable environment youâve created and would consider staying again in the future. Thank you for providing a welcoming place to stay.
The apartment was good and clean. All about the accommodation was fine, what I didnât like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault.
Fortunately I had internet service in Spain, if not, I donât know how I would do it.
I have to thank the team for letting us checkin earlier, as we arrived to Seville before the expected time and we didnât have anywhere to be until 3pm.
If WhatsApp is the way to do it, please reach out to your customers 3 days before checkin and send the instructions and forms to fill by WhatsApp well ahead of time.
I had to call just to find out that I had to fill forms for my whole family, so there we were in the front door filling forms and waiting for the code to enter the building.
I read afterwards that somewhere in the reservation says to reach out the apartment 72 hours before, but honestly I did the reservation months before and I would have appreciated to be reminded that we needed the forms and the WhatsApp requirement to obtain the codes.
