I’d like to have a refund. I booked a specific room but the hostel didn’t provide that room. The place was dirty and full of Beatles. I took pictures to provide that.

The staff seemed friendly initially (though I couldn't understand them without my translation app). Outdated, somewhat sad room. Strong stench of smoke. Keys must be left at front desk when going out. The front door is locked, and the front desk is frequently unattended. So, I had to wait outside a couple times until the staff would return to the lobby. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but finally after several hours somebody came to switch it on. (They seemed annoyed that I was eager to turn on the A/C when I was swimming in my own sweat.) Paying with my credit card they insisted that I select USD, thus incurring a $3 FEE. In two months of paying with credit cards in Spain, not a single other business forced me to select USD instead of Euro (which would have avoided the fee). I resent that. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Better options abound.

Room was clean. Bathroom clean but had a horrible smell. This wasn’t so bad after the room had been cleaned each day but got worse as the day went on. Very noisy, not from outside but from others staying. Ok but for what we paid expected better

Bad smell emanating from the bathroom. Unfortunately, the front desk staff during the day did not speak English, nor did they attempt to. Not friendly (did not attempt to smile at all).

Weekend in Seville

The room was very noisy, it would be nice if there was a sighn or something to let people know to keep their indoor voices as they are stumbling in from a night out. The noise is amplified due to the design and layout of the hotel. I found the old man that received me a bit grumpy, everyone else was friendly. The location was fantastic and a good value for your money.

One night in Seville

Difficult to check in as the doorman did not speak any English at all, so I could not work out how to get back in after dinner. It was unclear that the doorman was there 24 hours a day to let you in. No amenities e.g. soap in the bathroom

A great base but a little noisy...

The hotel was great for what we needed, which was just somewhere to use as a base, good location, nice and clean. Only downsides are it's a little noisy at night as the staircase echos and the man who is often on the front desk doesn't speak any english but is very friendly and we got by with google translate on my phone!

Noisy hotel

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The receptionist watches the telly with the sound up loud for most of the evening. The rooms are round the edge of the building so every room would hear this. They say they speak English but only 1 person does and they only work one day a week. On the plus side it was very clean!

The rooms were fine, we had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn't work in the first one. The man at the front desk took care of that quickly. Not the friendliest staff I've seen in a hotel, but they weren't too bad.

Windowless rooms smell so bad

- Receptionists don't speak English. They speak Spanish and they don't care whether you understand them or not. They are not helpful. It wasn't very pleasant. - The room has no window to the outside. There is a window to a closed apartment gap. The room smells so bad. The air is not fresh. We couldn't sleep on the first night. We asked them to change our room but they didn't. We had to open the room door to get some air to be able to sleep. It was very annoying. - Blankets are so old and smell bad.

Son dos veces las que me he alojado en este hostal y la verdad es que está bastante bien , aunque la primera vez que fue a ultimos de Septiembre la habitación estaba mejor adecuada que esta ultima vez .Pero en lineas generales yo recomiendo el alojamiento , tiene el centro a 10 minutos andando y 2 parkings cerca de las instalaciones

Check-in terrivel. Cobram para deixar qualquer volume, em caso de chegada antes do horario de entrada. Nao deixei volumes e ao retornar no horario do check-in... fui informado que deveria aguardar a limpeza do quarto. Fui solenemente ignorado ao questionar tal situação. Afora esta péssima acolhida, o hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é limpo.
