Great hotel to stay at in Seville. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food for a reasonable price. I had to call maintenance a few times to fix a clogged sink and it took 2 days to get an iron, but I would still recommend stating at this hotel.

The staff was great, extremely helpful and it had good dining options. It was not in the center but there was public transportation just a few minutes away. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. My issue was that it had no showers and the bathtub was very high, it was very difficult to get in and out for me. It had like a water hose which was not what you would have expected, not a regular shower head. Bathroom was huge. I was told they would be doing renovations. That was the man issue for me. The rest was great and the staff was exceptional.

No iron in room, broken safe, room was dated, hanger design was cheap and made it difficult to hang clothes, no caffeinated coffee option in room, shower door design made it difficult to avoid water on the floor making it inconvenient to shower. Towel bar placed up against front of sink made it hard to use sink, door inconveniently placed. Overall high room rate for what is offered.

Hotel looked and felt upscale but it’s quite inconvenient to walk around for transportation, dining and shopping. It’s 15-25 minutes walking to the top attractions.

A bit outside of the city action

Easy! A little bit outside the city center so it was a 3-5 Euro taxi or a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel was clean, a bit dated but was comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel. Walkable to major attractions in Sevilla and public transportation. They have a nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly and quickly respond to any request. We found a great restaurat a few minutes from the hotel and we saw lots of options around the hotel..
