Description
It is a luxury loft with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, wardrobe and space for an extra bed or cot. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with two beds and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is also on the ground floor with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary appliances, including a Nesspreso coffee machine and a wine fridge. The loft is equipped with fiber Wifi, air conditioning, library, heated towel rails, hair dryer and TV. The location is ideal, in the outer area of the historic center, close to the main monuments of the city and with easy access to public transport, parking, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Parking in the area is possible, but not easy, since the blue zone has been implemented in the streets of the neighborhood, which is not compatible with visits to the city. For this reason, for those of you who come to Seville by car, we have a parking space available in a parking lot close to a 2-minute walk from the apartment. This car park is underground. It is the closest parking we can offer.
We usually recommend to our guests that they do not rent a car upon arrival in the city, as they will not need it, since the monumental area is within walking distance from the apartment.

Services and common areasIt is a fully equipped loft for 6 people with unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and the bathroom has a large shower and hairdryer. The apartment is located near the Mercado Puerta de la Carne, supermarkets and tapas bars and restaurants. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome and a cot and baby bath are provided free of charge. Some basic kitchen and bathroom items are also provided.

Master mattress was hard as a rock, the staircase is a industrial metal fabricated style not intended for residential use, it hurt your bare feet to walk up or down, but the worst of all is the lower bedroom smelled of urine and so did the bathroom. No laundry detergent. No hand soap in the kitchen sink. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness was unpleasant and odor repelling.
