This beautiful house stands out for its terrace, its clarity and spectacular location to discover the most vibrant area of the old town of Seville on its most emblematic street, Calle Feria. When you enter you must go up to the first floor where you have a room that is in turn a complete and independent studio. This first floor has a main space where the bed area and living room area is located along with the kitchen, the entire space is open where there is also your private bathroom. If you go up to the second floor you will find a private duplex that is also locked. Here it has 3 spaces: a room with a single bed, the open American-style kitchen and living room, and the bathroom. Going up one more floor there is a fantastic room with wooden beams and a large closet. From this room you have access to a beautiful private terrace with wonderful views of Seville and its emblematic Feria Street.

All of Seville will be within reach on foot.

It is ideal for up to 5 people as it has two main bedrooms and another with a single bed as well as 2 bathrooms.Please note that there is no elevator and you must take the stairs.
