Penthouse in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood on the shores of the Jardines de Murillo. 5 minutes walk from the Giralda and Reales AlcĂĄzares. Perfect location to enjoy the city on foot.
Cozy and cozy completely new apartment in a unique environment and located in a palatial building from the 17th century full of popular Sevillian stories.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace. Its careful decoration inspired by joy and the 'elf' that is breathed in every corner of the city is reflected with the polka dots that dress its walls, making it an elegant, comfortable and very special place.
Located in the tourist area and surrounded by the main monuments of the city. Once in the apartment you will not need transportation, you can visit all the monuments on foot such as the Cathedral, Alcåzar, Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, Santa Cruz neighborhood, Jewish quarter. Very close to the commercial area Sierpes, Tetuån, Plaza Nueva where the main commercial brands are found.Very well connected with the airport, train and bus station. It was located in an area with lots of great food.We communicated with the host about checking in earlier and they said we could come in 3-3:30pm. We got there at 3:15 but the housekeeper was still cleaning. We ended up waiting until 4pm to get inside. The apartment was modern and had a good amount of room. The first floor bathroom had no ventilation and we noticed some mold near the shower’s edge. None of the windows has screens. Be aware that the second floor bedroom has mosquitoes. My daughter got bitten multiple time and had to kill about ten mosquitoes in that room.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was truly so beautiful and perfect for our family of six! It had everything we needed and allowed us to come home, spread out, and relax before heading out again. Fantastic location too! The communication with the management was excellent and Daniel was amazing! Will definitely be back!

The unit was in a good location to access everything & plenty of room for my husband, myself and my 2 adult children. We just slept there and explored daily so it was just what we needed.The only cons: The bed upstairs needs to be replaced and the outdoor patio needs some love.

Great location

Very well situated apartment in walking distance to everything. It's an apartment building where mister host rent out all of them. Therefor there is a reception which is great :-) Also the communication is great and very swift. The apartment was large with large bed rooms and it has an A/C that also works for heating which was great in February. The apartment was modernized but the finish is starting to need attention. Examples is the foot panel in the kitchen fell of every time the dishwasher was opened. The showerhead was bend so it was difficult for at tall parson to stand underneath. Unfortunately there was a foul smell from the bath room on the top floor. A technician tried to fix it twice but it didn't help.

Sevilla stole my heart

When we checked in the place wasn’t cleaned yet so they let us put our bags in and walk around. The apartment is in a great location. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The top bedroom has a beautiful view of Seville!! So nice to relax after a busy day of walking. The apartment also has a common area rooftop if you want to go higher. They have an elevator (lift). The apartment is centrally located to so many things. The vrbo is on top of the cutest little restaurants. You can get breakfast or churros in the morning and also it's open at night for a glass of wine. I would definitely recommend this place and also stay there again. Loved it!!!

We were visiting Sevilla for the first time. This apartment was perfect for our family of five, and the location was fantastic! It’s a short walk to the cathedral and main shopping area. Very clean and plenty of space!

Great Apartment perfect neighborhood great stay

Property is clean, cute, has everything you need and location is wonderful. Quiet, great sleep, but walk out the door and coffee, restaurants, everything you want right outside the door and walking to Flamenco show, shopping and all the best sites. We had 5 staying here, each room has it's own AC and two nice bathrooms. Great apartment, so easy to access, they are right onsite. We would recommend and stay here again. We miss Seville! The one bedroom is upstairs but has it's own bathroom. All bedrooms were quiet even the one wiht a view of the street, very soundproof. Thank you for the great apartment. Walkable to all the sites! And walk out the door to excellent shops and restaurants. Very nice, clean, safe, pretty. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay, great location in walking distance to all major atttractions, restaurants and parks. Multiple coffee shops and churros right under our appartment. Special note, these beds were super comfortable and we felt refresh every morning.

Wonderful!

Excellent location, especially if you bring a car, because the garage entrance is less than a block from the door of the building. Within walking distance of tourist attactions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Check in was easy and the communication was clear. Small and efficient use of space - we had plenty of room and bathrooms for 6 people (2 families). I would highly recommend!
