On the lower level is the first twin bedroom. There is a small bathroom with shower, with access from the living area.

First floor: master bedroom with twin beds, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe.

There is a third bathroom available with shower.

Second floor: small terrace with table and chairs.

Other features: marble flooring, central air-conditioning and free WIFI internet access.

The house is located at Pedro Miguel street close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Staircase
Mind the staircase in-between the 3 floor levels. This house may not be suitable for the very elderly and/or families with babies.

ACCESS
The access from the street is difficult on the last 200 metres, and some taxi drivers do not want to enter because Pedro Miguel is a narrow street. In case you travel by rental car, it is possible and legal to enter the street, up to a medium sized car. The best location for unloading is Plaza Montesión, which is at 200 metres from the door.
