Room clean and all that you needed. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. As you would expect, the only negative was the noise; sometimes noisy people outside in early hours and then bin lorries and delivery vans early morning. Clearly noise is the price you pay for being in room at front of a city centre hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, the room itself was quite noisy — every time someone in a neighboring rooms used the shower, the sound was loud enough to wake me up. This happened regularly from around 6 a.m. until midnight, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel would really benefit from better soundproofing between rooms. Overall, great service but unfortunately not the most restful experience.

Room was good, and comfortable, The parking situation isn’t great. There is parking literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel however it is on -4 underground, and no access to lift so you have to walk up a very steep climb from the -4th floor. Other than that hotel is in an amazing location.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is really in the center of old town. Lots of places to eat. Great bars also. Not far from taking trips to out of town for meeting points. It has European breakfast and it good and has cold cuts options. We prefer American breakfast with omelets. Cafe con lache is good also. Overall great place. Very nice staff. Good location

Great location and staff was super helpful. Room was spacious. Our room was on the ground floor right in the dining area so that was a little strange and you could not see out the window and the price was high for a room like that. I do think the price was reflecting that it was the week of their big festival though which was super cool to see. The pillows were comfy and I have no major complaints.
