If you paid $250 or less per night in summer, this is an ok deal, given AK prices. But this is a very average place, basically a Motel 6 on three floors - a bit worn, nothing upscale at all. Good staff, fine location next to water, but pretty lackluster overall.

Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. The hotel was very close to the Alaska SeaLife Center as well as shopping options and restaurants. Hotel management was amazing and immediately helped with a Reservation issue. Hotel transportation A1.

Decent hotel. It’s clean, they have a reliable shuttle service and is in a great location in town easy walking to restaurants. All the employees are super friendly. I would not spend the $20 for

This property was almost perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on our balcony at night, looking out at the bay. The only disappointing thing was having to pay almost $20 per person for breakfast, which consisted of the same thing we had at our free continental breakfast in Anchorage. The breakfast was not worth the money, so we went out to eat instead.

On both nights I had to call the front desk and request that they ask people hanging out in the lobby to quiet down without success. Also, Upon arrival, the bathroom tub had hair in it, there was small hair on the pillow cases and a long hair on the sheet. Disgusting!!

The room was small and located right in the lobby. Every time we left the room, we were in the middle of people checking in or out. The breakfast, which you had to pay for, was subpar. The view from the room was terrible, and the room itself was old.
