I was disappointed with my given room as it had many wear and tears, room wasn’t so clean. Not at all Conrad like. However I got an upgrade and my stay was perfect. Very helpful staff, especially Howard and Parsen at the concierge.

While we experienced a few disappointments with our rooms at check-in, Molly, the Guest Service Manager, was truly exceptional in the way she handled the situation. She listened attentively to our concerns, responded promptly to our needs, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout. Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one. Bad layout of WC/Bathroom

Location is good. Steps away from Nanjing Road shopping street. However, the lobby is forever congested. It usually took us quite a bit of time for the DiDi to get in and out of the lobby area due to the congestion. Another down side is the layout of the room. The sink, WC and bathroom are all seperated. There is no privacy as you would need to come out after using the WC to use the sink to wash your hands. Then back into another room (bathroom) to take a shower. After shower, you would have to get dressed in the wet environment. It was quite inconvenient and there was no privacy. I stayed with my Dad in the room. I had to hang around at the lobby for a while in order to let him have the privacy to use the WC/bathroom.
