Excellent hotel with wonderful service from staff and the location is amazing. Close to metro station and famous Nanjing east road . Buffet breakfast is very good and room is nice and quite also very comfortable. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I will book again when visiting Shanghai next time.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. It has excellent location to shops and subway systems. The room has slighty smoking smell and mold can be found in shower stall.

Beautiful hotel looking straight out of a movie. Loved the rainfall shower head plus bath. Convenient location right next to Nanjing pedestrian road and next to East Nanjing metro station. Has restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel.

Highly recommended! This hotel boasts a prime location and truly exceptional staff. Everyone from the welcoming entrance attendants to the knowledgeable concierge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to the buffet breakfast chef who made our mornings so delightful. Our room and bathroom were even more impressive than advertised. The superb buffet breakfast was the perfect start to each day, and without a doubt, my wife will be returning.

Great hotel - shame about some staff.

Very geand hotel that is well kept despite being a bit aged. Very impressive foyer and accessibility by the lifts is exceptional. Very good location wirh walking distance to a lot of sights. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby as are some great restaurants. Reception try to over promote the "upgrades" to your booking to a point where it becomes annoying. Once they realised that I wasn't going to buy it, they totally became uninterested in us and we had to get our own bags and find our room. Even had to ask them where the lifts were and just got a point in the general direction. Very disappointing. Four concierges could not answer if Metro has tap and go with Visa card. I was told to go to station myself and find out. Room was spacious and very clean.
