It would be nice to have something at the entrance to help with bags especially since drop off is practically in the road at the hotel entrance. Location is excellent though. Staff ok. Wifi wasn't working...even staff was frustrated

If you're going to Shanghai and want a hotel with the best cost-effectiveness for your stay, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express on the Bund. GREAT location. The breakfast is excellent. The room is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The best part is the staff: the English is improving, and everyone at the front desk is simply FANTASTIC. I had a problem paying a taxi driver, and the attendant, Jerry Tang, was definitely perfect, demonstrating initiative and a true interest in solving my problem. In short, stop looking. This is an excellent place to stay in Shanghai!

Excellent hôtel très bien situé près des attractions principales. La chambre impeccable très technologique. Services autant lobby que le service de nettoyage. Seul point négatif, on avait deux chambres et ça prit un plus long moment avant d’avoir la deuxième, car elle n’était pas propre, cependant après 2h d’attente ils nous ont donné une autre chambre sur le même étage.
