The room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices. The location is super convenient, only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in other Hyatt properties before but this was just sub-par experience. The trash wasn’t taken out during the whole stay in the hotel. There was a kitchen but no utensils (you need to call them for utensils to use). It was just an underwhelming stay unfortunately. No combs, no toothbrushes (they handed me 2 toothbrushes at the check-in). I can understand the Eco-friendly aspect as many hotels are doing it but it was just unexpected and they should have send a prior notice to carry utilities like some of the other hotels do.

Room is very big and clean. walking distance to a mall with many eateries. the staffs of hotel are helpful and polite. Breakfast is perfect. The only con is the room turned blackout suddenly for two times during my stay, the explaination is blackedout if sensor detect motionless of guest in the room. Quite speechless to hear this.

Fantastic Hotel, very comfortable large room

Three night business trip, Hyatt was fabulous Hotel Friendly staff, quick check in, very spacious King Suite, super quiet, clean and comfortable room The location is okay, although it is indeed a long walk 10-15mins from Hongqiao Railway station / Line 2 Metro). The nearby shopping area HUB has many good restaurants to cover all tastes. I will certainly stay here again, highly recommended

Amazing and stuff are very helpful!

Stayed here for a business trip. The people in the front desk were very helpful with my trip and organising taxis for me around the city! Highly recommend if you’re in Shanghai on a business or just traveling. Super save area as well!

What a beautiful hotel. Home from home. Staff were super helpful and kind. Breakfast was great - huge variety of foods. Would definitely stay again. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
