Everything was perfect. Firstly the room. The views absolutely incredible. We could not sleep for hours just looking out at hoth the Pearl oriental and Shanghai tower. The room was huge along with beautiful bathroom with equally great views. The location of JW marriott is excellent. Subway station at peoples square 5 minute walk away. Along with easy acces to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly and professional. They really took pride in providing a high standard of service.

The only issue I experienced was with the bedding. When it was 95°F (35+C) outside, the room only had either a feather comforter or just a sheet—there was no lighter blanket option available. It would be much more comfortable if the hotel provided an alternative blanket suitable for warmer weather.
