Disappointing for a 5*

Hotel recently changed hands from Crowne Plaza and I can see why - the hotel itself is dated. I was here for a week on business and the hotel had no air con throughout my stay. The staff refused to turn it on and instead gave me a fan! In addition to this the roof terrace was closed throughout my stay and the pool was out of action...Quite frankly I felt like I deserved a refund as this hotel is not cheap! On the other hand, the gym is pretty good and the breakfast has good choice.
