Large room with a kitchenette, washer/dryer. Room is not very clean with dust at every corner of the room and on the mirror in toilet. Would also prefer dispenser for shower gel and shampoo, rather than small individual tubes we get daily. The washer/dryer works well and we made full use of it. The best asset of the property is the staff who are all very polite and helpful. Would stay again if I visit Shanghai.

Great accommodation, good English at the front desk, free upgrade, lovely room and easy to use luggage storage service as we arrived early and needed to leave the luggage on the day of check out due to a late flight. Accommodation a short walk from a subway which was very practical for navigating to the Shanghai international circuit for the F1. Family mart around the corner if you need anything. Would recommend
