Longue attente pour le Check in et à chaque fois que l’on doit prendre l’ascenseur, restaurant bruyant et piscine surchargée! Toutefois le lieu est incroyable avec la vue sur le Bund, chambre très confortable et spacieuse, literie au top! Le brunch du dimanche est excellent.

une chambre avec une vue a couper le souffle( corner room )..
piscine, salle de sport ,sauna Hamann jacuzzis dans un décor magnifique ,

景色が最高！バスタブから見る夜景も贅沢で非日常的で感動！！スタッフさんもリクエストに応えて頂いて大変満足しました。ありがとうございました！また機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思いました！英語が話せなく、日本語で頑張って話し、親身的なスタッフさんに感動！いい思い出になりました。

The hotel and room was easily 5 star. The restaurant/breakfast area was outstanding with an amazing outdoor area. The brreakfast was one of the best I experienced with a selection not found in any other 5 star hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.
