Staff are nice and helpful but:
Hotel was not in proper way to host tourists, furnitures are old and obsolete.
Only one swimming pool and no green areas.
The badest thing is mosquitos and Lizards every where.
Finally, food quality was not ok.
we had a great time in this hotel! true i ts not a five star but the staff was excellent with customers, breakfast was nice and varied the pool was maintain every day and there iss entertainmant every night! It is a bit oldish looking and needs redecoration and our room had warm but not hot water! but generally it was good!
I loved this place....keep in mind it is economy...The location was great! A short walk to the beach....wow what a beach for snorkeling at Reef Beach .10 EL/day (2 USD) that you get from the reception desk. Chairs and umbrellas for free to use with admission price. Hotel gives you beach towels each day. Maria's restaurant (good food) s right there overlooking the Red Sea. You can buy snorkeling gear from the Beeshem Market. We bought it it was very cheap....haggle of course.
We opted for breakfast only at hotel and ate dinner out. Breakfast was good enough. Omlets prepared on site, juices, breads, foul (beans that are common for breakfast in Egypt), Always tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese, potatoes. etc.......We always brought hand sanitizer with us to clean our hands before eating the whole time in Egypt...
The room was clean....ask for another room if you aren't happy.
