Deception, Lies, Discrimination upon Arrival !!!!!

How can I rate something that I never used even I paid my reservation in full on September 1st. for November 7th. arrival??? There was a deception of advertising about Domina Oasis during my reservation. This hotel is one of 9 hotels located in a gated village called " Domina Coral Bay" which also includes owned villas, apartments, chalets with the so- called Time- Sharing system. So, this Domina Oasis Hotel & the other 8 hotels are just hotels (not resorts) but share large common area of the beach & other facilities. Anyhow, upon my arrival I was given the key to a room in building #46 but I couldn't find that number on the map as part of Domina Oasis so I checked with the Reception & I was told that because I had another reservation with Domina Aquamarine Hotel they put me in Aquamarine first & then my next stay will be at Domina oasis (it was a big lie). That room at bldg.#46 was a chalet/timesharing system. When the time came for my next reservation at Domina Aquamarine, the staff at the Reception didn't apologize for not honoring my reservation at Domina Oasis but had the audacity to say that Domina Oasis was overbooked & that is why we upgraded you to Bldg.#46 (which was another big lie). Building #46 does not resemble anything about Domina Oasis. It was a clear discrimination towards an Egyptian woman (with dual citizenships) just to accommodate people from Europe & eastern Europe. Domina Oasis is full of lies, deception, discrimination & dishonoring my reservation.

Был в Домине 6й раз Все что хотел получить все получил - хороший просторный номер с видом на море недаьеко от пляжа. Хороший сервис и питание, волейбол, чистое море с рыбками. С 15го года ничего не изменилось к худшему. Рекомендую всем кто много ходит, плавает.

Good place for families with children

Room was beautiful, with a ground level balcony. The complex is huge, lovely swimming pool. The main beach is rocky and very little swimming area. The majority of the guests were Italian. Good place for families.

La struttura è molto datata e gli arredi in tutte le parti del resort risentono molto della loro anzianità, per quello che ho speso pu andare bene ma non è a livello di altri resort a 5 stelle che ho visitato in passato sempre a sharm. Al mio arrivo mi sono dovuto aggiustare la doccia perchè la vite che la ferma in posizione alta era rotta. L'unica cosa bella è il pontile di attracco interno al resort, per mè che vado per fare immersioni è molto comodo.

servizio spiaggia perfetto, servizio camera no.

Siamo arrivati , accolti abbastanza bene alla reception anche se nessuno ti mostrava il percorso visto che il complesso era grande. Il servizio migliorabile: siamo stati in 3 e abbiamo trovato 2 buste per la biancheria sporca , 2 bicchieri per sciacquare i denti. Per il set biancheria, mi aspettavo set per il viso, set per la doccia set per il bidè (visto che c'era, e su questo un punto a favore, insolito all'estero); invece c'era solo il set per viso e un telo per la doccia a testa. Dopo aver fatto presente la cosa ho ricevuto i 3 accapatoi con le 3 cciabattine in spugna. Direi che avrebbero potutto arrivarci da solli a dare 3 tipi di asciugamani/set diversi, uno per il viso, uno per la doccia, uno per l'intimo. L'aria calda non c'era e visto che di sera un pochettino poteva far comodo abbiamo usato una coperta extra. Ci sono voluti 2 gg e 3 solleciti affinchè qualcuno venisse a veder l'impianto. Ci hanno detto che poteva andare o ad aria fredda o calda, abbiamo scelto la calda.Ci hanno detto di attendere 20 min e tutto sarebbe stato a posto: non ha funziionato. Per il resto tutto accettabile. Nel menu vi era molto da mangiare ma nessun crostaceo o mollusco (nessun gamberone, nessun polpo, nessun calamaro o totani). Per la spiaggia invece punteggio pieno, molto gentili , animazione valida , coinvolgente ma non invadente. La barriera corallina e i pesci erano visibili sulla stessa e direi nulla da invidiare a quella mostrata nelle escursioni. wi-fi pessimo

Buffet food is horrible in Coral restaurant, very far from the city, mostly italians (which is OK), dancing team is good but italian animation team is bad and just stupid in their "scenes", some personnel is very courteous but some are arrogant. It is a conglomerate of a bunch of Domina hotels and private villas, and the best part is snorkeling in the coral reefs. But again, very isolated place.

Era la terza volta che soggiornavo al Domina Coral Beach, il servizio generale è decisamente peggiorato, la camera è vecchia e poco pulita, hanno dovuto cambiare i 2 letti a causa di un cigolio continuo e fastidioso, la cucina è veramente peggiorata e di scarsa qualità, la spiaggia frequentata da gente rumorosa e con lavori in corso. In totale quindi si può dire che non è assolutamente consigliabile.

У отеля есть свои плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: 1.Огромный понтон с двумя бассейнами с морской водой. 2. Соленое озеро с морской водой. Плавный заход, нет волн. Удобно купаться с маленькими детьми. Минусы: 1. Старые номера, требующие ремонта. Неудобные кровати. Бутылку воды дают в номер только один раз при заселении. 2. Огромная непродуманная территория, мало зелени, много автомобильных дорог и машин. Такое ощущение, что живешь в городе. 3.Большое количество магазинов с навязчивыми продавцами. Когда идешь в основной ресторан на завтрак, обед и ужин нужно пройти целую улицу с магазинами где тебя постоянно дергают. 4.Очень мало бесплатных баров на территории. На пляже и у соленого озера нет бесплатных баров, только кафе за деньги, чтобы попить нужно идти наверх к бассейну. Цена не соответствует качеству и сервису в данном отеле.

Posizione ottima

Abbiamo alloggiato nella parte Acquamarine, posizione per il mare, piscina, e centro del resort ottima. Meno accurata la descrizione della stanza, dovevamo avere la vista mare e invece il mare non c'era. Dentro il resort, che è grandissimo, si possono prendere gratuitamente i "Taf-Taf" (navette che portano da un posto all'altro del resort). Una cosa che invece non mi è piaciuta affatto, è l'esclusività che danno ai clienti del D-Club, che sì, pagano per avere dei comfort in più, ma addirittura non poter accedere a zone come il lago salato (sempre vuoto), di non poter prendere navette, nonostante fossero vuote come appunto il lago, ci ha lasciato un pò perplessi. A parte questo, posto consigliatissimo, se volete stare vicino al mare e al centro resort prenotate in zona Acquamarine. Da vedere assolutamente Sharm vecchia e la moschea, Isola di Tiran, Ras Mohammed (rigorosamente via terra, altrimenti non vedrete la porta di Allah e il lago dei desideri), ANDATE A IL CAIRO con aereo, in una giornata farete una full-immersion nella cultura egizia, accompagnati da una guida che parla italiano, visitando il museo egizio e avendo la possibilità di entrare dentro le piramidi. Il personale all'interno del resort parla italiano, c'è la possibilità di pagare con EURO e con carta, per cambiare gli euro in lire egiziane ci sono degli ATM, cui uno fuori il casinò. Per fare snorkeling attrezzatevi di maschera, pinne e scarpette antiscoglio.

Sono tornato in questo hotel dopo 2 anni, tante cose sono cambiate, ma i servizi essenziali sono sempre di buona qualità, camera spaziosa e pulita, ristorazione nella media, non manca nulla, spiaggia pulita e attrezzata, personale che fa di tutto per accontentare il cliente.
