Front desk this time was nicer. Gave me late checkout due to ha ing a zoom meeting in the middle of checkouts. Morning front desk was VERY pleasant even gave ne exta conditioner once she seen how long my hair was.

Nice hotel....needs renovations

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell. Bathroom is old and in need of remodeling.

The pool area was apparently rented by people for a large family party that took up all table space and seemed to be off limits to other guests and was very loud. One of the beds in our room had hair all over the sheets and they said it was due to the cold air causing static to attract the hair but they were clean. There were no USB plug ins in our room to charge a phone and we did not bring a wall plug adapter.

Older property but very well-kept. Clean and comfortable. Only minor gripe is that hallway noise is quite noticeable from inside your room. Having the restaurant attached is a nice bonus.

Ok Hotel but AMAZING RESTURANT

No elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs which is always so much fun. Not. The rooms were clean and the beds were ok. They were firmer than we like, but the served there purpose. The onsite Resturant El Jefe I give 5 Stars. The steak and sweet potato au gratin was AMAZING!!

Four Seasons

Front Desk was super helpful and recommended every option to help us with our pay when we were having troubles. We figured it out together eventually and had thee best time in the pool. My daughter is 5 and thought the pool lights in the dark were magical. Thank you, Four Season Hotel in Shawano, Wi.

best choice for Shawano Hotels

Hotel is clean- service at desk friendly, beds are comfortable with variety of pillows. Hot tub was in need of some attention; cleaning/chemicals added (if had an excess of foam) and the pool could have been 5 degrees warmer (please)
