There was no guidance in check out I lost mg wallet and it was a blackout we lost food and had to sleep in freezing cold and wait for a room

It was great up until the night before I was leaving all the electrical went out and it was very cold and dark and no one got back to us are night was ruined the next day at check out we still didn’t have no electricity and they never said sorry for the inconvenience or if they can accommodate us for anything but I do love the place

Nice big gym. Sauna was good. Staff polite.
Now sauna worked sometimes. It was only warm a few times. Nice n hot at night.
