The hotel offers a calming experience as soon as you walk in! They also have movies playing during the day and evening to help unwind! The bed was a bit stiff for our comfort but that’s our personal opinion! To the next it could be perfect! The breakfast food wasn’t the best, we got there later in the morning and the waffles and potatoes were dried out. The bar was nice!!! The had an amazing Bloody Mary and cheesecake!!! So yum! Definitely would return for sure!

A broken down hotel with paper thin walls.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors TV throughout the night. It was so loud we could not sleep. The towel rack was broke & hanging off the wall. The toilet seat was cracked with severe damage. We had a two night stay and the Kleenex was never replaced. Holiday Inn is never again!!!

Everything was fantastic. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Clean, friendly and the gentlemen who take care of the breakfast every morning are fantastic.

The room that they gave us was on the second floor, and our window view, was a flat roof top. I was not expecting that. The wall under our window had pealing paint as well as the ceiling. The exhaust in our bathroom didn’t seem to be working properly, every towel we used stayed wet. After a swim in the pool our suits, towels and our body was left smelling very musky. We’ve had better for the price we paid. The shopping and dining place’s were the only positives for our stay. Hope you can offer something better next time.

When we checked in, it was late and we were tired. Apparently there was a kid’s baseball tournament over the weekend and there were kids running around the lobby without shoes on. As we were waiting in line, one of the hotel employees was yelling at the kids to stop running. Then she proceeded to go and stand behind one of the computer kiosks, and we made eye contact with her several times assuming she would check us in. Apparently that was not her job though. We continued to wait for several minutes while she typed. There were kids running up and down the hallways on our floor. Fortunately once we got in the room we couldn’t hear them as well. The room was ok but felt old and weathered and there was mold inside the picture in the bathroom. The light next to my side of the bed was so dim that it was basically useless, but I really didn’t feel like braving the hallways one more time to ask someone about it.
