Relax with the family (or just yourself) at our favorite spot on Lay Lake with some of the best views. We are right across from Blue Springs (aka low water) and walking distance to Bozo's Fish Camp. You have the entire place to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry, a porch you will not want to leave, docking for boats/jet skis, & parking for 4 vehicles. We have the best sunrises & those perfect glass water evenings, come fish, surf, relax, ski, swim, read, or boat at P*Jinx & Grace

Wonderful memories were made this long weekend. Very gracious hosts. Beautiful sun rises. We couldn't have asked for better weather. This place is a perfect vacation get away for our family. Hopefully we will be able to go back in the spring.

Great get away!

Great property, the neighbor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was tight getting our 24 ft pontoon boat and long wheel based truck turned around here, but it worked. We will launch the boat first next time! The property was so nice that we didn't want to leave. We would go back every weekend if we could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

5 stars – Wonderful Weekend on Lay Lake

We had a fantastic stay at this property on Lay Lake in Shelby, Alabama. The open-concept layout was perfect for our group—it made it so easy for everyone to gather and spend time together. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole space had a welcoming, cozy feel.There were a few minor hiccups—when we arrived, the grill was out of propane and there were no coffee pods, and one of the paddles was broken. However, the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.A special shoutout to the kind neighbors who helped us when we got caught in the rain and pushed by the current—truly a reminder of the warmth of this community.Overall, this was a fun and relaxing getaway, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a lakefront retreat.

We had a great time with 3 kids, age 8-12. They were able to kayak and fish in the cove safely. Internet/tv was very limited/spotty at times. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for most groceries/restaurants.

Waterfront Lake wonderland

This house was better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds, great binder with lots of local information. Incredible front porch where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. Would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect location on the water. We were able to catch fish every day from the pier. Large deck that worked great for the entire family. An easily accessible entry to get into the water and easy to get kayaks into the water. Owner was quick to respond when questions were asked.

Amazing house, great location!

I rented this house for Father’s Day weekend for my husband and two young children. It was absolutely perfect. The house is in a prime location (on the main water) with a large deck and beautiful views. Spacious, updated, and very clean! It was so nice to be able to swim right off of the backyard/dock area and we throughly enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards that the owners provided. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed walking to the store at the boat launch for ice cream! We will definitely be back!
