Room was very clean, loved the wood floors throughout. The only issue was the hallway smelled like smoke. Someone on our floor was smoking in their room.

The breakfast was limited to coffee and a few pre wrapped muffins. The vending machine took my money and did not dispense the item. The description said use of local gym. The only local gym charged me $15 a day to use the facility. When I asked the staff they were only aware of that gym that charged. Also noticed that people were living there long term. The rear of the facility (picnic area) looked very lived in.

We checked in, went into the room and went back down to let the staff we would not be staying! The overwhelming smell of marijuana and the loud barking dogs was unacceptable. The room’s floor was so slimey we were sliding across it. Horrible experience!

This place was disgusting. It was clearly never deep cleaned and stunk like cigarettes. They offered up room spray. Other guests said their rooms smelled the same. They gave us one towel and one set of bedding for 4 people and two beds. When we asked for more we were told they didn’t have any left. They finally got some washed and up to us around 10 pm. We first started asking at 3:30. I know they were busy… and double booked but they really acted like we were a Burden and ridiculous for asking. I was not surprised I’m the morning when the breakfast’ was stale coffee and a few packs of oatmeal.

When we walked into the lobby it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bring your own hair dryer because you won’t have one in your room. When I left the room to get breakfast, it smelled like weed. The hotels breakfast legit consists of pre-wrapped blueberry or double chocolate chip muffins or oatmeal. That’s it- no fruit, water or juice. There was hot chocolate, tea and coffee. I was expecting more with “breakfast included.” When we checked out, we were never asked how our stay was. Overall, I would not stay there again.

I stayed with them the week of the 12th of July and I still to this day have not been “refunded” my hold money.ive tried to call and it goes to voicemail or I get hung up on as soon as they answer.im going to try contacting again tomorrow but this is the worse experience ever
