Nice area near the town

Room is clean, area is near town centre with only 5 minutes to train station to HK, staff is up to standard, overall is good

Close to Metro

We visited Shenzhen to go to the various parks and from the hotel we walked to the Metro about 5 minutes. The trains were fast and the system efficient. The staff as far as one or two knew some English, showed us the various locations and which train to catch. The pool and gym is nice, but due to a foot injury, I could not use them but if we go to Shenzhen again I would stay at this hotel. It is also close to a few food take out places which is handy.

Disappointing hotel, 100% a two star hotel

Staffs are so how attentive but not friendly nor professional, this is my fourth time staying in this hotel and each time is getting more disappointing and discomforting, security is good and location is convenient but that is about all. If the standard is dropped to two stars, everything with this hotel is overpriced and overrated. i was hopeful that this hotel would improve after my last stay but now, I have completely gave up my hope. I will NOT stay in this hotel again. Towels were all hard and uncomfortable, no assurance that these towels can be used on human bodies, water pressure is also weak too.

Location of hotel

The location of hotel is not as convenient as I would expect as it is not in the shopping district. I had to take a taxi to the shopping district and back. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay as the service is rather good.

Hotel staff didn't speak much English. Our room was nice, but it was a smoking room, and we had requested a nonsmoking room. Nice kitchenette, but no pots, dishware, or utensils. Those items were available for rent at a fairly high cost.

My favorite hotel in Shenzhen. Convenient to the area I need to be in. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Always quickly respond to any room issues. Would definitely recommend. Good price!

tried to call out but the phone wont go thru. complaint to frontdesk to no avail. and the front desk wont help you to find transportation at all. if only the service is better, this hotel would be nice to stay. but with the current service, i wont be returning.

Very good hotel in shenzhen

After staying in a fleapit for one night, this was very luxurious and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone going to shenzhen to book this hotel and it has an amazing yum cha restaurant.

Stubborn receptionist

I kept telling the reception I had booked a standard suite but he kept saying its deluxe suite which is about 150ft smaller. It was around 2pm and he said room is still cleaning up so I went back and got the room at 3, then guess what , when I opened the room door, a half naked man was sleeping in his bed waking to see who walked in....so embarrassing luckily nothing happened(plus the suite was still just a deluxe suite) Went back down to the reception and finally gave us the right standard suite. Everything else was fine if you don't mind the poor services. I will go back cus the suites are nice for that kinda price.

Room stinks

I booked a non smoking room but it smelt terribly in the room. The entire floor smells like cigarettes. The room was old, with no bath tub. This definitely is not a 4.5 star hotel.

Disappointed with discontinuance of 24-hour stay a

We had stayed there a few months ago and the after check-in 24 hours stay was excellent, so we chose the same hotel again this time. However, they DIScontinued their best service. We checked in at 7:30pm at night but on the next day, we’re informed that they had stopped offering 24 hours stay. We had to leave. There are many options at the same price if they don't provide 24-hour stay anymore. What a pity.

Pleasant Stay

Only stayed for 1 night, a short getaway. Overall our stay was quite pleasant and nice. Room is spacious (69 sqm). Furniture is a little worn out, but the room is clean in general. Bedding is nice and comfy. Shower is powerful, however our room didn't have a tub (shower only). The gym has mostly what we needed, and it's opened until 11pm. We didn't swim but the pool looks good. There is 24-hours room service (as described on the menu), but when we tried to order something in the middle of the night, the person who picked up the phone who sounded half asleep told us that the stove was not working so they couldn't prepare any food. We had a feeling that he didn't want to get up and prepare food just for 2 customers. Reception told us that breakfast was served until 11am. So we went to the cafe at 10:15am and they were already collecting all the food from the buffet. They told us that they have just decided to change the serving time and the buffet would end at 10:30am. So we didn't have a chance to try out the breakfast. Location of the hotel is the low point. Basically we had to walk out to the main street (about a minute walk from the hotel which is fine), and tried to grab a taxi amongst ten other people who were trying to do the same, with traffic zooming in front of us. Dusty and dangerous. We finally caught a cab in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, the hotel itself is not bad at all.
