As a business traveller the check in process was efficient, the room is a good size including desk facilities. The hairdryer was a good size and powerful enough. My room included club breakfast which had enough options. The full breakfast on level 2 has a lot more options but I was happy with the offering on the club floor.

A beautiful hotel, with excellent staff. Mixc is right outside, which has a large supermarket, and the hotel is close to several metro stations.

Hotel is a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is great, connects to an indoor mall which is very helpful when hot weather that you don’t want to be out under the sun.

I had a fall before the trip & the Hotel did not want to refund my bookings for me & my family. As a family we will never stay in any of the Hyatt Hotels around the world. The Conrad HK refunded our bookings. Hyatt did not & ignored my pleas through Expedia. Reservations Manager did a poor job of no support. I will write in with a poor report for your hotel.
