One of the better stay in Shenzhen's Nanshan area.

Hotel nicely air conditioned on a hot day! A little far from the Nanshan subway station.

Good value for money

The hotel has comfy beds, the first room they gave me wasn't really non-smoking so I asked for another one, which turned out to be ok. The neighborhood has plenty of food options, a larger shopping mall is about 20-min walking distance. Make sure your booking REALLY comes with a breakfast - I booked mine with (according to hotels.com), but when I arrived I was told that non was available (am still waiting for hotels.com reply). Would stay again

Nice room, horrible service

the rooms are great, I spent there 10 days for a business trip. the location is not really comfortable and public transportation are not nearby. bit problem is the reception, rude, unfriendly and they barely understand few words of English. if you are not Chinese, stay away, because all business is oriented to locals which get first priority. disappointed is not enough

hotel grand soluxe - nice business hotel

i stayed in the hotel for 1 week, the location is very good, main road close to many business offices. the main problem during my stay was the very bad internet connection.it works so slow that I had to wait until very late in the night in order to connect to my mail and receive my mails. the staff is nice butmost of the reception personal does not understand English very good

スタッフの対応や客室、施設の清潔さなどはとても良い。　徒歩1分で日本料理も2件あるので、周辺環境もまぁまぁ。　それに加えて価格も手頃。　唯一困るのは、タクシーが朝捕まりづらい場所にあること。

室内はとてもきれいです。絨毯、カーテンもシミがないです。コップも磨かれています。 フロントはほぼ英語が通じます。 タクシー拾いやすいです。 部屋によってはバスタブがないです。 食事、税込でRMB450はとても安く感じます。
