前台職員很有禮貌，入住那天很大雨，職員很有耐性的幫忙打了車。另房間很寬敞舒適，很整潔。整體來說值得入住。

Good and comfort

Room is clean and comfort and well-facilitized. Hotel is in good location for my business as well as accessing the restaurants and so on. Wifi was not good that I could not connect. Breakfast buffet was averge.

靠近科技園，環境舒適

酒店靠近科技園，出入還算方便，酒店附近有很多餐館喜歡不同菜色都有，連鎖快餐比較遠我走了十多分鐘才找到。酒店已經不是第一次住了，環境乾淨服務不錯，但這次定沒有包早飯要出去找有點不方便。

因我們入住時已接近晚上10點，酒店很好，自動把退房時間延遲至下午2時，還送了兩份酒店的自助早餐給我們！酒店交通不算方便，從桃園站坐的士去大概用了15人民幣

Three out of five stars

Speaking of pros, the room was large and clean for its price. On the flip side, the hotel's main entrance was in its parking lots, instead of the street, rendering it difficult to be found. The wi-fi connection was also unstable. To make matters worse, the hotel was far from any subway stations.

原來深圳有三間聖淘沙，最初去錯桃園站那間。酒店整體ok，不過我訂三間房，要兩間兩張單人床，一間要一張雙人房，它搞錯了，只給我一間房是兩張雙人床。酒店是沒有包早餐，早餐要另加¥30。酒店附近都有很多食肆，都很方便

Not a 4 star hotel, but a 2 star

Located in a old crowded neighborhood. The hotel is less clean as compared with Motel 6. Moldy and dirty. Very cramped. What bothers the most for me is that there is NO non-smoking rooms in the hotel. The two Santosa Hotels are drastically different. The Feicui location is a 4 star hotel with spacious rooms and better service and location.

Great hotel, made a new friend there!

Awsome hotel with a very nice and helpful staff! The location is a little difficult to find so grab a taxi from the nearest subway station, enjoy!

Best value for the price of a 3 star

You can almost smell the freshness of this newly opened hotel which situated near the Tao Yuan subway station of line 1, in a walking distance. Off the busy street sited on a side street next to it, with the biggest hospital in Nanshan is just around the corner. A gorgeous Chinese restaurant with regular street price and a western buffet restaurant will your trip to find something to fill your stomach outside. A nice hotel worth for its price which I would like to stay there again if I ever work in the area again.
