Located within a converted Victorian School, this characterful two-storey apartment is ideal for couples or small families, business travellers or contractors.

Light and spacious with own entrance & off-street parking. Guests have privacy and quiet, plus shared access to the back garden and patio.

🛋️ On request, bedding can be provided to make the sofa in the living room into a small double bed, suitable for one adult or 1-2 children.  Please note that there are no doors between the living room and bedroom, and the living room blinds are NOT black-out (blinds will be changed in 2026).  There will be an additional fee for the bed linen.

🍰 The mini kitchen area (being renovated for April 2026) is perfect for preparing light meals. Fridge, freezer, microwave, grill (for toast, bagels, mini-pizzas), crockery, cutlery, glassware. Washing machine and drying racks.

🪴 Guests may use the patio behind the Annexe, which is open to our family garden. There is sofa seating (cushions stored inside), a fire pit and BBQ.

Walk to the end of the garden to view the horses, paddocks & arena, veggie patch and chickens. Kids are welcome to use the trampoline and lawn respectfully.

There is an open pond, over 1m deep, with fish.
