Only 3min to the new Shiloh Memorial Hospital, 17min to Belleville Memorial, & 7min to Saint E's Hospital. The Scott Air Force Base front gate is a 6 min car ride. An easy 20min drive to Busch Stadium in downtown STL.

The PanAm Flat is a 2 bd/2 ba brick house that has a Tri-plex building attached at one wall. So, we're calling it an apartment, but it is really a house with a 3-unit apartment attached next door (which are also short-term rentals).
There are 2 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom inside. The 2nd bathroom has a hallway entrance.
There is a large patio space for guest use that is shared with other units. Also, the laundry facilities are attached to the house, but have an exterior entrance and are shared with one other unit.
There is a parking lot capable of holding 2 vehicles per booking.
If you have unique parking needs, let us know and we'll try to accommodate if possible.
