Went down for breakfast the first morning. Out of Coffee, milk, yogurt, muffins, and fresh fruit. Where's the food? "Oh, the firemen ate it all about 7:00". Well send someone down to the Safeway across the street and get some more. "Were managed by a third party and don't have permission to do that." Why have a manager who isn't authorized to solve problems. I give the place less than a year.

The pool looked murky and dirty. Our bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in. The one service we had from housekeeping didn't change the toilet paper roll or leave a new roll. The beds weren't that comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We probably won't stay there again

The check in Girl was so rude. She refused to honor our reservation that we made stating that since the name on the credit card wasn’t the name the reservation was in that she would be cancelling our reservation and not offering us any solutions to where we were stranded with no place to stay. I have never encountered such a rude hotel hostess and when I asked to speak with someone else she laughed at me and said I’m not gonna do that just go ask for a refund on hotels.com. Very rude and super disappointed!!!!

This is the third year we have stayed at this property for a ladies golf tournament at Pinetop Lakes Country Club. The rooms are in good shape and the entire property is well taken care of. My only complaint is there is no water refill available. Most people carry water bottles. The ice machine is for the ice bucket in the rooms and not to fill on the go bottles.Thanks
