I just checked in with my family, and the room was nowhere near acceptable. The bed sheets were not clean, the curtains had visible stains, and there were spots on the ceiling. There was hair all over the room, and both the lamps and headboard were covered in dust — clearly the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was a mess as well. There was gunk and buildup around the shower bar (which I now know is old brown caulking, but it still looks terrible), and overall it felt unsanitary from the moment we walked in. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when we tried to address these issues. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for a clean room. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

original room i was put in had black mold all throughout the bathroom ceiling. i was moved to a different room that, while it did not have mold, was absolutely disgusting. dirty bed and curtains that didnt even close all the way on the first floor. entire hotel had a weird smell. and the bathroom shower is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been updated
