Nice casino. Great place to stay in Shreveport. Restaurants at the casino are great. You don't need to leave the hotel. Highly recommend.

Didn't like Extra charge for resort fee. Travelocity charged resort fee and Hotel Casino charged us a resort fee. Room was nice but only 1 coffee for two of us??? Toilet paper holder was broken. Only two towels??

It was an ok stay for $107. Room was “newly renovated” but the bed was definitely not new. Hallway noise could be an issue if it’s busy. Nice large tub for soaking.

I reserved a non smoking room. When I checked in at 7:30 PM they had no CLEAN non smoking rooms ready!. They said "they have problems with housekeeping"! Wiped out so took the room and my hopes that it was mild were gone. Even my clothes smell like smoke the next morning! Casin sucks. Gym sucks. Stayed here 20 years ago and it has changed dramatically to the negative. Never again!
