The overall ambiance of this beautiful residence and surroundings is amazing. The owner is very involved in ensuring comfort and goes out of his way to make your stay memorable and unique. The breakfast is far from mediocre and we would definitely stay here again.

Most Enjoyable an Experience

House and staff are fantastic, Unfortunately like many old historical neighborhoods with grand old houses there are some areas close by that I would not wander about. This property and immediate surrounding area is safe and well tended. The property itself is very secure. I have stayed many times and it is a favor of mine. Shreveport has been rated as a dangerous city - common sense generally prevails.

The local owner/host is very friendly and customer oriented and makes everything super easy (without a check in/out desk!!). Answered all questions via text or phone call. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! I stayed in the Manor and breakfast was across the street at the Place. Both homes are decorated with art from family, friends, or finds from travels. If I'm ever in Shreveport again, I will definitely stay again.
