Welcome to our charming two-bedroom townhouse. Perfectly located on New Street, just a short stroll from the popular Boat House pub and the Porthill footbridge, which takes you straight into The Quarry â Shrewsburyâs beautiful riverside park. Youâll also be within easy walking distance of Frankwell, Theatre Severn, the Welsh Bridge, which takes you into the town centre, where you can easily discover Shrewsburyâs historic charm.
Set over three floors, the house combines character and comfort. On the first floor, youâll find a cosy sitting room with a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Downstairs, thereâs a bright kitchen and dining area with all the main appliances youâll need for your stay. Patio doors lead out to a small garden with outdoor seating, ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The main bathroom is also on this level, featuring a bath with shower over.
Upstairs, the property has two comfortable bedrooms â one king and one double, both - along with a convenient shower room and toilet.
Parking is available for one car, and if youâre bringing a second vehicle, Frankwell Car Park is nearby. Once youâve parked, you may find you donât need your car againâShrewsburyâs highlights are all within easy walking distance. Wander through Shrewsbury's cobbled streets and admire the black-and-white timber-framed buildings, or enjoy shopping in the townâs many independent boutiques. Food lovers can explore a wide choice of cafĂ©s, pubs, and restaurants, as well as the bustling Market Hall, packed with local produce and unique finds. Visit Shrewsbury Castle, take a riverboat trip on the Severn, or simply relax in Quarry Park and The Dingle, a beautiful garden designed by Percy Thrower. With festivals, theatre shows, and live music throughout the year, thereâs always something happening in this vibrant market town.
Whether youâre here for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or a business stay, this townhouse on New Street offers a comfortable base with everything you need and a fantastic location to enjoy all that Shrewsbury has to offer.
All of the property is available for guests to enjoy. We do have some cupboards locked off for our personal belongings.
If you would like a late check-out, weâre happy to offer this (this is subject to the availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of ÂŁ45, up to 1 pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.
Parking
We have parking for one car at the back of the house. The space is compact and will accommodate a medium-sized car. There simply isn't the space for VANS, CAMPER VANS, and MOTORHOMES.
There is a public car park on Frankwell, which is a 7-minute walk back to the house.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
