Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. The ground floor is further completed by an open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower room with WC.
