he room area and bathroom was very spacious and very clean. Everyday someone comes in and makes it neat and tidy no matter how much we make it messy. lol The bed was kind of firm but it's ok. We had 2 king size beds for only 2 people!
Very trust worthy. We left our gadgets and electronics out whenever we went out. People in the front desk like Mr. Girath were very helpful and informative. They were very patient in explaining all the rates and all the options we had for our tours and where to eat.
Mr. Nang our tuktuk driver was very sweet and patient with us. We felt safe with him taking us around. It was so funny he would find us quickly in thick throng of people during our "where is wally" moments! He's very sharp! He also was kind enough to bring us a cooler with ice cold water during our temple visits. And when it rained hard, he tried to find us and brought with him an umbrella and a raincoat.
Things they can improve on is have a back up generator or emergency lights ( or flashlights inside the room) in case of a blackout. We experienced one on our second night and we couldln't go down from the 3rd floor to the front desk bec we had no flashlights and the telephone was not working!
The shower was kinda small and dingy. It was hard to turn off the shower totally and sometimes the water pressure was low.
We totally like the hotel because it's very charming and the people were really accommodating of our needs... not to mention it's a good price.
