Hôtel chaleureux et confortable. Équipe dévouée et avenante. Piscine superbe. Service au restaurant pourrais être mieux. Cependant la nourriture excellente.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet hotel. Le meilleur hotel que nous ayons eu au Cambodge. Emplacement: l'hotel est bien situé, proche du marché de nuit et accessible a pied ou en tuktuk. un tout petit peu excentré mais toujours à moins de 5 min du marché, ce qui permet d'etre vraiment au calme. Nous avons eu un super accueil: une voiture est venue nous chercher directement à l'aéroport gratuitement et nous avons eu droit à un petit cadeau de bienvenue et rafraichissements au choix (noix de coco, eau, etc). A notre arrivée à l'hotel, nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir une collation de bienvenue (fruits, cacahuetes, et specialités locales) que nous avons prise pendant que le personnel s'occupait des formalités administratives. La chambre etait tres propre, spacieuse et décorée avec gout. Nous avions également une baignoire et une douche dans un style très épuré, que nous aimons particulierement. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Nous avons eu droit à de délicates attentions chaque soir (je vous laisse la surprise!), le personnel s'est plus d'une fois décarcassé pour nous trouver certaines informations dont nous avions besoin ou encore faire la chambre deux fois par jour. pour les services annexes, l'hotel offre une piscine calme et bien fournie en serviette et accès au bar et nourriture, un restaurant raffiné qui offre un spectacle typiquement cambodgien gratuit et quotidien, un petit dejeuner très fourni et varié et un spa propre et efficace.

Verry good but thing to improve..

Well, we went there for honeymoon and most of the thing was perfect. when we wrrived, we asked to arrange 2 days of tour indicated several destinations that we absolutely wanted to visit. What they arranged for us was first day temple tour and second day floating village and Beng mealea. It was perfect journey. However, when we arrived at the Angkorwat, the top part was closed that day as it was national holiday. Angkorwat is the most famous destination and if we knew, we could switch the first day and second day tour so that we dont miss the cherry on the cake. what a shame that the hotel staff did not know that. Also, the staff told us that we need to wear a cloths which covers knees and sholders only for the first day because the top part of the temple does not allow us to go with shorts. Well... anyway the top area was closed so I weared hot long pants for nothing on first day. As they said, the second day, i was wearing shorts but Beng Mealea stopped me for shorts so I had to buy a local skirt. For the coming back tansportation, we asked to arrange at certain time. Next day, the day before we leave, we just double checked if it is well arranged. Guess what, nobody had information haha. So lucky that we double checked. Finally when we leave, we arranged the transportation at 6; 20 so that we can have breakfast before leave at 6. That was what they recommended. However the restaurant barely had some breads and hot food was not at all ready until we left.

This resort was great in almost every way. The walk into town is not long but dodgy as sidewalks are often missing or blocked by something. Our only suggestion is to heat the pool. As the pool is located in a shady area, it was too cool for us to spend as much time in as we hoped.
