Very friendly staff. The room was very clean. The pillows were a little too big but the bed was comfortable. Very spacious room.

This is a beautiful property walkable to popular tourist areas. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. There is a very nice breakfast buffet. The staff will arrange tours, drivers, etc as needed. Great value for the price.

This was an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. A lovely breakfast buffet was included. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful and everyone spoke English. The pool is small but refreshing. The hotel is only blocks from the main tourist area. The staff can arrange tours and guides to visit Angkor Wat and other attractions. Highly recommended.

Excellent. friendly and attentive staff. Good choice of options for breakfast. A balcony would have been an excellent addition. Had a hotel business type feel about it rather than a holiday resort.
Pool was very clean, on the downside it would have been a plus if you didn’t have to ask the staff to turn the spa on each time you wanted to use it, as it was locked away.

Great hotel
Posted Jan. 25, 2024 on HotelsWonderful people at front desk. All staff very nice. Breakfast OK. Very nice room and hot water in shower
Only drawback is when requesting an English speaking guide it is hit and miss if you get one ( and I fully understand that English will be their second language )

Great place to stay in Siem Reap! The hotel is spotlessly clean and centrally located to great restaurants and popular destinations. The staff are professional and helpful, they provided local recommendations and helped with transportation to the airport. They also have a beautiful pool and complimentary breakfast. One item to note that surprised us: the shower is located outside the bathtub and drains on the bathroom floor. It worked out just fine, but water tends to spread all over the floor.
