Breakfast free or not?

When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and it indeed said that breakfast was included. Except the breakfast confusion, the hotel room was clean & quiet, and the breakfast was good.

Great little place to stay. Quiet, on the north end of Siem Reap, so for $3, you can rent one of their bicycles and easily ride to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and several of the othjer smaller ruins and temples. Staff are very friendly and helpful. (I was disappointed in the quality of food and service at the restaurant, but Pub Street and the old market are not very far, and there are LOTS of great eating and drinkig options there.

Simple elegance

Out was listed as a non-smoking facility but that was not enforced which was really frustrating but overall the experience was positive. The help us arrange transportation for the three days we were there at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable, clean, and you couldn't beat the price.

A fabulous experience!
Publié le 6 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaA fabulous experience. We felt spoiled. Swimming pool on site was wonderful. Restaurant for guests a bonus. Tuk tuk driver dedicated to hotel couldn't be better. Every single employee dedicated to the hotel & guests & beyond friendly. I truly miss these people. The perfect beginning to our 2 week adventure.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff
Publié le 20 nov. 2016 sur HotelsExcellent experience. The food was good, the room was spacious and clean. I think the electric sockets need bit of improvement. Very convenient to travel to Angkor wat historic temples. The tour organised by hotel was moderate in price and the driver was dedicated and helpful.
