Also on the ground floor, on the left as you enter, there is the kitchen. The furniture includes a small table with two chairs, in wrought iron, which guests can place outside the main entrance and thus make quiet breakfasts or unforgettable dinners with a view of Porta Pispini, in the quiet of Santa Chiara. On the first floor there is a lovely double bedroom with a 17 '' TV and a bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, wi-fi, hairdryer. Guests can also use a washing machine available in a common area.


Santa Chiara is an ancient complex, a former convent of 600, carefully restored and consists of a large building that houses three apartments as well as the home of the owner. It is located on the top of a hill just outside Siena (only 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Campo where the famous Palio is run twice a year!). It is accessed through a gate and a tree-lined avenue that flows into a large garden with ample parking facilities and beautiful views of both the city and the hills typical of the Tuscan landscape. It is surrounded by 5 hectares of well-kept countryside, with a large olive grove that produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil. The estate can be turned on foot making a pleasant walk going to rest under a hundred-year-old oak tree. A swimming pool, an indoor car park and a washing machine are included in the price.
