The one-room apartment is newly renovated and furnished. The apartment consists of a room plus a kitchen and a shower room. There is a 180 cm wide double bed, table and chairs, a wardrobe and a TV. In the kitchen you will find a 2-burner hob, a fridge with freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker. It is sufficient dishes, including Pots and pans available. The bathroom was rebuilt in 2018. Underfloor heating and a large towel radiator have been installed. The floor is covered with vinyl and the walls are cleaned, painted and covered with an elephant skin. The shower is level with the floor, the all-glass shower cubicle is made of coated safety glass ESG. The shower thermostat is from Hans Grohe and the shower rod from Hans Grohe. A rimless hanging toilet with high-quality lid and automatic lowering and glass operator panel from Tece. The washstand is made of porcelain with a real wood cabinet and a drawer with socket and hair dryer. A WLAN Internet radio with mobile phone connection cable and DAB and FM reception is also available. When it came to furnishing, we placed great value on functionality, comfort and appearance and hope you like it.

Construction work is currently taking place in the vicinity. Due to this possible impairment, we have given a discount for this period.   We are well prepared for families: We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for our younger guests free of charge. By the way, dogs are also very welcome.   Behind the house, a gazebo with a barbecue area invites you to relax. We also rent bicycles, beach-compatible e-bikes and stand-up paddle boards. The house has its own section of beach with spacious beach chairs and day beds - just 250 meters from your apartment. Bicycle storage facilities and your own parking space can be found directly at the house.   You have free WiFi in all our apartments.     Other important information: All of our apartments have a kitchen where you can eat.   Sheets, bed linen and towels, as well as the final cleaning are included in the price. After 7 overnight stays, intermediate cleaning is also included in the price. Breakfast can be booked for a fee of € 10 per person. Breakfast times are daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. From 12 noon, the breakfast room can be used as a common lounge for game afternoons and get-togethers. Another intermediate cleaning and linen change can also be booked on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for group trips. Sierksdorf is a health resort, so you have to pay local tax in cash.
