'Pippi's Baltic Sea Dream' leaves nothing to be desired for you. Relaxation begins at the first sight of the Scandinavian-style holiday home - it just looks like a vacation! And the slightly salty sea air made all thoughts of home disappear.

You enter the house on the ground floor and first come to the spacious kitchen and dining area with an adjacent terrace and enough space for the whole family! On your journey of discovery through the house, you will still find the sauna with shower and the first of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.

So that you can always enjoy the view of the sea, the living area with access to the balcony on the 1st floor is also oriented towards the Baltic Sea! The second bedroom and the ascent to the gallery with enough play space complete the first floor.

Of course, a fireplace for the cold days should not be missing, as well as underfloor heating on the ground floor against cold feet in winter.

Noch nie hatten wir so ein tolles Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war vom Allerfeinsten, der Blick auf die Ostsee wunderschön und die Kinder hatten mit dem Kicker eine tolle Beschäftigung im Haus.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und es war wirklich toll. Das Haus ist prima eingerichtet und sauber und hat eine ganz tolle Lage. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und man war in 5 Minuten am Strand. Einen Fussballplatz für die Kids gab es auch in der Nähe. Das Wetter passte auch, also ein gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Helle, saubere und strandnah Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich hell und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und der Strand ist keine 10 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Man sollte vielleicht beachten, dass in dem zweiten Bad unten kein WC vorhanden ist. Und mit 4 Erwachsenen + 1 Kleinkind war es teilweise schon etwas eng, da im Haus selbst nicht viel freier Fußboden zum Spielen vorhanden ist. Mit älteren Kindern, die nicht ständig beaufsichtigt werden müssen, bietet der "Dachboden" hierfür sicher eine gute Möglichkeit.

Bekommen wie gebucht

Wir waren in der Nebensaison vor Ort, demnach war es zwar sehr ruhig und nicht überlaufen aber viele Lokationen hatten noch geschlossen. Für Rentner und Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder auch Leute, die einfach nur Ruhe und Erholung suchen bestens geeignet. Das Haus sah aus wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief reibungslos.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dies ist ein sehr schönes, gemütliches, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerade während der Nebensaison (wenn auch der Hansa-Park geschlossen ist) haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Gute Lage schöne Aussicht, das Objekt eher ungepflegt.

Enttäuscht da das Objekt für diesen Preis schon sehr überdeutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweist. Man sollte die eine oder andere Renovation nicht zu lange anstehen lassen. Die Lage war super nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Schöne Gegend. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub genossen.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen

Es war sehr schön, Sauna funktioniert einwandfrei, Betten sind bequem, das Häuschen ist insgesamt gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Man ist schnell beim Strand, im Ort selbst gibt es im Grunde keine Einkaufsgelegenheiten, aber in den umliegenden Ortschaften etwa 10 min entfernt findet man alles. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell.

Einfach toll!

Tolles Haus mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht. Alles war sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren viel am Wasser aber selbst bei schlechtem Wetter wären die Kinder auf ihre Kosten gekommen.. Kicker, Spiele, PlayStation alles da. Der Hansa-Park war noch geschlossen somit war es eine herrliche Ruhe. Genau richtig um mal abzuschalten. Wir kommen wieder!!

Kurzurlaub im Januar

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt an der Ostsee gehabt. Das Ferienhaus ist super schön. Alles war sauber, die Einrichtung ist schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Highlights sind natürlich die Sauna und die riesen Badewanne mit Whirlfunktion. Das Haus ist eines von vielen Häusern des Resorts. Die Anlage befindet sich zwischen Hansa Park und Ostsee. Einen Steinwurf entfernt befindet sich ein Badestrand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und problemlos. Als wir ankamen waren die Heizungen im Haus aus und es war überall 8 Grad kalt. Die Fußbodenheizung hätte Stunden gebraucht, um das Haus aufzuheizen. Wir mussten also nochmal los, um Feuerholz und Anzünder zu kaufen. Die Kosten wurden anstandslos übernommen. Außerdem haben wir noch einen Betrag on top als kleine Entschädigung überwiesen bekommen. Wünschenswert wäre lediglich, wenn der Zufahrtsweg auf dem Gelände aufgeschüttet werden würde. Er ist voller tiefer Schlaglöcher-unser Auto hat geweint und wir wurden heftig durchgeschüttelt :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen! (Wir sind mit 3 Monate altem Baby hier gewesen)

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung. W-LAN ist vorhanden! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht ein Hinweis, dass alle Zimmer „lediglich“ Lamellen Rollos vor den Fenstern haben und die Zimmer somit gegen frühen Abend und in der Mittagszeit noch recht hell sind. Mit zwei dünnen Decken oder auch dunklen Müllsäcken könnte man es aber abdunkeln.
